Was visiting from out of state area looking for residence in area and hearing aid stopped working i called my dealer in belton, Mo and they gave me name model ser number of hearing aid and who to look for in area I called Ascent hearing and receptionist was so kind and told me I was only about 20 min away and to come in and have dr look at it when I arrived she was so nice and kind took my hearing aid and asked us to take a seat she went to back of office and returned to advise dr would be with us as soon as he was thru with client after 30 min wait we were greeted by dr who took us into his office and tested and fixed my hearing aid He was very nice polite knowledgeable and advised I could become his patient when we moved there we never felt so informed of area and so comfortable. My first meeting with Dr. Bill Roach was very pleasant and professional. The hearing tests were explained in detail and all my many questions answered. I had planned to get the results and go home and analyze and research before making any major decisions. However, I felt comfortable with his explanations and details of what he recommended for me and the differences between different manufacturers and pros & cons of each version… basic, mid-range, high-range, that I ordered on the spot. Service is the key in this practice, and even though I could have gotten hearing devices free from the Veteran’s Administration, I chose to have this team on my side and made an investment in having them adjusted correctly to my particular needs. Plus I was thrilled to know that they can be adjusted remotely since I also live in Southampton, NY part of the year.

I went in to Ascent for the 1st time in a long while. I thought I reviewed them, but didn’t… First of all the location is perfect. Its by the beach and around the corner from Galleria Mall. Besides that, when I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the young woman nicely and genuinely. The Office lobby looked very clean and it smelled fresh. The counter was the perfect height to write on and the carpet a perfect accent so no one [accidently] slips. She got me checked-in all while taking a call. And to me, that takes great skill. Moreover, she offered the waiting lobby Donuts and I made myself some coffee. She did it while being genuine and remaining professional. I enjoyed the stay. Great job Dr. W. Dr Roach had a doctorate in Audiology, which puts him in a higher level than others who are simply marketing hearing devices . He recommended the appropriate hearing aid for my type of hearing loss, and he is able to make fine tuning adjustments remotely when needed.
