I had been putting off getting hearing aids for about 7 years because I didn’t think I had a problem, even after my ENT told me I needed them. I finally realized my hearing loss was affecting my day to day quality of life. I set up an appointment with Dr. Roach, got tested and decided it was time to get hearing aids. I am so glad I did! Dr. Roach and his staff were so welcoming. Dr. Roach explained the various hearing aid options. I felt comfortable throughout the consultation and explanation of my options. I am so happy with my hearing aids. I don’t even know I am wearing them. They have changed my life. They also sync with bluetooth on my phone which is great. I have been so impressed with the followup callbacks when I’ve needed clarification or help using them.
